Okay, so these past months have held a lot of firsts for me – actually, they’ve all been firsts! But you’ve got to love it when you get great shots. Friends were kind enough to let me experiment on the every growing maternity belly and we had fun.

Anna’s best friend Laura came to visit so we did a photo shoot – she’s beautiful! What you CAN’T see is that I don’t have a studio yet and these were taken in my parents’ living room. With a little lighting and a willing child you can make it work anywhere! I’ve learned to take backdrops with me when I travel 
I’ve been told the first is the hardest, and this was definitely a lot of work! But it was AWESOME. My cousin Krisy has found a wonderful husband in Krister, and it was a blessing to see them united in marriage. I’m still sorting through the wedding images, but here are some that I loved. My little Anna was adorable as their flower girl! I know I’m biased…
The Christmas season was busy for us, and we had a wonderful time visiting family in Michigan and Colorado! I’m still working to edit images from recent photo shoots, then I’ll upload a few from our travels. Due to the number of shoots and the short length of Anna’s nap I’ll only post a few from each session!
I took pictures of my cousin Chad’s new son. He’s so tiny! It’s always fun to welcome a handsome new addition into the family.
Kate and Tim welcomed a sweet little one into the world, and she was an absolute doll to work with!
